Description: Leon Louis Dolice (1892 - 1960) was a New York artist known for his urban landscape and cityscape paintings and drawings as well as his etchings. His work is exhibited in the Museum of the City of New York; The New York Historical Society; Georgetown University Lauinger Library; The New York Public Library Print Collection; The Print Club of Philadelphia among others. This Original Work is a small, authentic, signed Pastel Drawing of the New York City Skyline with a fishing boat in the foreground. Signed in the lower right-hand corner, "Dolice", this mid-century pastel is in very good condition. There is a light water-stain along the very bottom edge (see pics).
