Description: SKB 12ga Skeet Butt Stock for a 505/585/685 AND Weatherby Orion This is an un-used, High Gloss Skeet butt stock for a SKB 505, 585, 685 or Weatherby Orion Models made in Japan. This stock is fitted with the traditional black grip cap and a Pachmayer Old English Pad. This is an un-used Stock. It has very minor finish scratches, other small indentations and scuff marks from shipping or storage but no structural cracks or chips. The finish has minor crazing . The stock is in-letted for a Short Style Trigger Guard. The 1992 SKB catalog gives the Skeet Stock dimensions as follows: Length of Pull: 14 1/8”, Drop at Comb: 1 ½”, Drop at Heel: 2 3/16” This stock will require installation by a qualified gunsmith to ensure proper fit to prevent cracking of the wood.
