It has a cream base with blue and pink details. This us an old-fashioned bank with no stopper. These were made to discourage spending and promote savings instead. People were more reluctant to break something nice to get the money out. It was made in the 1970's and signed on the bottom. It is 6.25" long and 5.5" high and 3" wide.
