Description: Homemade jellies, jams and butters made from tropical fruits and wild berries from Hawaii (Big Island). The fruits and berries are harvested at the peak of ripeness to preserve the fullest flavor. All preserves are processed in small batches by traditional methods with a hot water bath to retain freshness. Exotic, tropical flavors include: Passion Fruit (Lilikoi), Guava, Yellow and Red Strawberry Guava (Waiwi), or sometimes a combination of them, Apple Banana, Jaboticaba, Poha Berries and Hawaiian Chili Peppers. The fruits and berries are seasonal and most grow wild locally and at our farm on the Hamakua Coast, Big Island. Please do occasionally check my jelly variations as the selection can change depending on the seasonal availability of the fruits and berries.
