New, factory sealed, never opened. The sealed book is further enclosed by plastic wrapping as originally shipped. There should be no reason for a refund request other than for non-receipt of merchandise (i.e., lost in the mail) or damaged in transit.I will ship anywhere in the U.S. using USPS media mail.
