If it's determined non-fixable, we will either send a call tag or ask your customer to dispose the ship and then we will send a new replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available in a reasonable time, we will issue 100% refund the cost of the item. For other reasons: Please contact us within 7 days of shipment arrival to get a return authorization. Please have your customer pack the item in the original packaging securely as the way it came in. Write the RA# on top of the package. Ship it back to us at your customer's cost. When we receive the shipment in salable condition, we will process the refund. Restocking fees applied. Shipping cost is nonrefundable in any cases. Packing: All models are securely packed with foam sheets, peanuts, or bubble wraps. Most of the items are shipped in double boxes.
