It is a serving platter/bowl over 9 inches in diameter and less than 2 inches high. It has a raised border and edge design that is decorated in gold and a trim of blue cornflowers. Creamy and lovely porcelain with serene and cheerful colors, beautifully composed and painted and well preserved. Beautiful! Made in Germany in the late 19th or very early part of the 20th century.
