This was my personal system and it has been tested, works, and plays games fine, however, there are some body issues to make note of: the front center portion of the top cover has a nick on it (see 6th photo) the right hinge area of the console is cracked near the Streetpass/Spotpass indicator light (please see 4th and 5th photos for a close-up of the crack with the console open and closed). Also, because of this, the top cover of the system will need to be completely open or closed; the top cover will not be able to stay open at an angle. Although the hinge is cracked near the Streetpass/Spotpass indicator light, the light and Streetpass/Spotpass functions still work. Also, the serial number sticker has come off of the bottom of the console, and I no longer have it, but it should be able to be found behind the battery as well. I bought this system brand new the day that it launched, and this is the system that came in the box. The system comes with the game console, original box, AR Cards (unopened), system manual, Quick Start Guide, wrist strap, a 4 GB SD card, charging cradle dock and charger. I do not have the telescoping stylus that came with the system, but have included a stylus for use with the system in the box. Box shows wear from storage. System is US version.
