It gives that little added extra for a safe and secure grip of the Ruger LCP. These grip extensions are made for the Factory Ruger Magazine. Installation is quick and easy. Starting with an empty magazine you remove the original magazine bottom by depressing the button located in the magazine base and while depressing the button, slide the base forward being careful not to lose the internal components. Reverse the above steps to install the new unit. Function test after installation is complete.Features: These units blend with the contours and texture of the handgun giving a factory appearance.They are made from High Impact Polymer and withstand drop tests at temperatures from -20 F to 350 F.
