This book is in Very Good condition. The cover, which has retained good color, and all pages, which are off-white, are firmly attached. The front and back cover corners have wear and rounding; the front cover top right-hand corner has an approx. 3/4" outer crease with an approx. 1/4" inner crease, there is some color loss at the top right-hand edge and corner; the spine has several stress creases - the biggest approx. 1/2" about 4" from the top, there is color loss - primarily near the bottom edge, the bottom left-hand corner has an approx. 1/2"spine split, the bottom right-hand edge and corner has some color loss; pages #31-#32 have an approx. 1" creased top corner; the back cover has an approx. 1" creased top left-hand corner, a distribution stamp is at the top right-hand side, there is an approx. 1/8" tear at the top right-hand edge, 'M702 5-" is written in pencil at that area, the spine has several stress creases - the biggest approx. 1/4" at the center, the bottom right-hand corner is abraded.
