Description: Phish Lot Poster from Festival 8 in Indio, CA, 2009, considered to be ULTRA RARE…. My friend, Zay Shaeffer, created this masterpiece, but couldn’t attend the event. Roughly 300 out of 400 of the prints actually made it to the festival grounds, and of those, at least a hundred were confiscated by security. I was the one milling about peddling these things, and I remember a junior high school art teacher going on and on about how great it was and how they were going to show it to their students as an example of this and that (art terminology I’m not familiar with). As you may recall, Michael Jackson died in the month of June that year, hence the “PLAY THRILLER!” sign, as there was much speculation among the “phamily” as to what album Phish would cover. Also, a clever way to avoid copyright infringement… but wait! Look closely at Starman’s shirt! Hehe. Dollar bill is not included, just there for size comparison. Dimensions are 11x14 Unless requested otherwise, I will ship in a large envelope reinforced with cardboard and “Do Not Bend” placed on both sides. Winning bidder will receive the actual poster shown, 321/400. Again, poster dimensions are 11x14. Print is on card stock type thickness, like a standard poster. If you have any questions, please message me and ask BEFORE placing a bid. Item sold as is, and no return will be accepted. Now is your chance to get this incredibly rare piece of Phish memorabilia that will make all your homies green with envy, or get it for that “Phishhead” in your life, and make their face melt with joy. Peace, Love and Phish. God bless!
