Description: PINE ISLE RESORT trucker cap Lake Lanier embroidery patch Georgia defunct This is a previously-owned, adult-sized, yellow hat with an “Pine Isle“ patch embroidered to the front (Imperial Caps brand, 100% polyester). It is a trucker-styled cap with a curved peak, full mesh, and a plastic-snapback adjuster in back (to quickly fit most wearers). Of note, there is a little discoloration on the inner band – it may need spot-cleaned or soaked for maximum satisfaction… When it opened in 1974, the PineIsle Resort was the crown jewel of Lake Lanier. The hotel was the first major venue at Lake Lanier Islands and continued to be a popular destination for both tourists and conventions. The 254-room hotel went through a succession of owners.
