I purchased this item directly from the Pittsburgh Steelers Memorabilia Department at the conclusion of the 2015 NFL Season. Paperwork was not provided but I was told this was worn by Steelers Assistant Head Coach John Mitchell. Headset includes original Bose Carrying Case as well as attached cords and wires but the Boom Mic attachment was NOT included. Additional photos are available upon request.
