Description: Here is a really neat 86 year old vintage “Popular Songs” magazine from the month of August of the year 1935. This issue is Volume 2 Number 4. This issue has a very beautiful and intriguing full color portrait of Jeanette MacDonald on the front cover by Christy. The back cover has a colored Art Deco advertisement for Savage lipstick. There are 34 pages in this magazine. It is profusely illustrated with sepia colored photos. There are also several popular songs in complete sheet music form. Magazine also some vintage advertisements. Magazine is in good minus condition. This is a crease in the bottom right corner of the front cover and first page about an inch and half from bottom right corner point. Here is also a crease in the upper left corner of the back cover about an inch from the upper left corner point. This crease is from a dog ear and also has a half inch tear on this crease. No owner’s name, no address label, no writing, no underlining, no other tears, no other creases. Please see all scans for the best description of the condition of this magazine.
