These authentic heavy duty gears helped power some of the greatest aircraft of WWII including the F4U Corsair, Douglas DC-6, Grumman F7F Tigercat, P-61 Black Widow and the F6F Hellcat. They should be considered a piece of WWII aircraft history first and secondly a cool 80 year old gear that you can get spinning (fidget spinner ?) if given enough force.
