Description: I have never seen one of these boards in my 30+ years collecting of antiques. So I am not sure what the original purpose of this board. I reminds me of a stove board for a wood stove, like a noodle board. The star is an inlaid into the center section. Sides remind me of a bread board. This is large, measuring 21 1/2" x 30", and is 1/2" thick. The inlaid design, looks handmade, more of a primitive art work. Anyway, be a neat piece of art for the wall in the right setting. Note: This has been stored for over 60 years, in an Estate. So I am estimating this late 1800's or early 1900's.
