Description: I'm the original owner of these PSB Alpha PS1 desktop speakers. In late 2017, they began having a buzzing noise. PSB sent a replacement amp module that I removed/reinstalled myself. About two years ago, the speakers began to have a similar low-volume-level buzzing noise that would come and go. Usually I can make the buzzing noise go away by jiggling the power connection on the back of the speaker. I no longer need these speakers on my desktop, though, so I'm listing them for sale. The speakers have some scuffs and scratches. The front of the left speaker has a rather long scratch on it. (Please see the photos.) At some point in time, several of the grommets mounted under one of the speakers pulled out and created air holes. These are covered with electrical tape. The speaker-level connecting cable that runs from the powered to the passive speaker was cut and has been repaired. It is fully functional. (See photo of repaired cable.) The PSB Alpha PS1 speaker system comes with the (repaired) speaker cable, the original AC power supply, and ships in the original box. No other cables, accessories, or paperwork is included.
