Keep in mind that Seramas don’t always hatch true to color, so each hatchling will be a delightful surprise! Hatching Serama eggs can be quite challenging, especially with shipping involved. While I can't control what happens once the eggs are with the postal service, I promise to package them carefully to maximize their chances of survival. I’ve developed a packing method that has yielded the best hatch rates for shipped eggs. I may be a bit biased, but I truly believe Seramas are the best breed of chickens to own. They’re small, sweet, and full of personality. The roosters are especially affectionate, while the hens make wonderful mothers and often go broody. I guarantee that the eggs will be fresh and fertile when they leave my care. However, I cannot ensure that the shipping process won’t affect their viability. An egg that doesn’t develop may still have been fertile. Shipping eggs involves some risk due to various factors. These are the same eggs I would hatch myself if they don’t sell. I regularly test hatch, achieving success rates between 95% and 100% Please allow a week for collection of eggs...I only ship on Monday and Tuesdays so your eggs arrive before the weekend.
