It comes along with the original paper insert from the publisher (See Pictures). This may be the only copy left in existance with this paper included. This oversized paperback has cardstock covers with a cloth spine. It is in excellent condition. The cover is nearly perfect with a small spot of discoloration and slight dings in the corners. The spine is in perfect condition as well. It has not been professionally graded, however it does not appear to have ever been read. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
