Description: We are pleased to offer this Rare Royal Worcester Porcelain Vase c1869 - Female Gesturing to the Lizard - 18" for sale. Great condition. The long base is decorated with shells, some painted, which are water troughs which would have held small flowers such as carnations. The larger shells to the front would have been for your poperee of the day. This piece also features a painted lizard, where the female is gesturing to the lizard below. They have the Victorian diamond registration marks dating them to exactly 1869 and are impressed with the Royal Worcester mark. The condition is great free of any chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. It measures 18 inches long, 5½ inches wide and 8½ inches high.
