This is paper on metal and has a locking pin back. This was stored for years in a box and retains great color and each is in nice, excellent condition, but not mint, as they show some aging in the metal on the back, front is mostly near mint.. These are for adult collectors and should NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! These have sharp pins and small parts which could be a choking hazard. This is about 2.2" inches across. .
