Description: ONE OF A KIND! Presented here is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a rare piece of american literary history. Before leaving, the two women who ran the book shop from the 1930s to the 1970s (Miss Helen T. Fay / Miss Eleanor Foote) would ask their most prolific visitors to inscribe and sign this very guest book.
