Description: Sanyo model 16HA-862 radio. Hard to find model, vintage circa 1960’s, made in Japan. Selling this radio as-is, I do not know how to properly operate it. It does power on with the provided AC adapter. I get nothing but static on the FM & MW settings, the short wave settings I don’t get anything. Light on front panel works. Antenna is present but bent & does not extend properly. Includes battery compartment insert with a little rust on the springs, I did not test functionality with batteries. Fine tune knob is broken, volume knob is slightly bent. Screws on back & bottom have some rust. Includes original earpiece that looks unused. Cosmetically fair condition, chrome on borders & handle has damage. Radio needs cleaning, restoration & possibly repairs. Sold as-is / as pictured. Nice project for a radio enthusiast.
