Description: I had no idea, who would, that Schwan's would go out of business. They had great products. I tried buying ice cream everything year around Christmas so I could get the latest tin. I went treasure hunting today and found Schwan's tins from 1994 and 1998 that I will not part with yet. What I did was look at the tins I bought and found that I had two of the 2015 edition for which I will part with one of them. I use these to make send home made cookies to loved ones, I put waxed paper in the tin before I put the cookies in. My family knows how much I love these tins so they send it back home after they eat the cookies. I am normally a generous person but these are part of my collection. Yet, seeing them in a second hand store today I will be on the look out for them and will share ones I have multiples of. Since eBay had a recommended price, this tells me there are others out here with them for sale so I am going to go looking on eBay to see if I can find more of these in the years I am interested in (for example my kid's birth year, our wedding year), how fun is this!!!
