Description: I would say these are really very nice, but certainly not perfect. Cover #1 has a scuff at the tip of the lower spinner. Cover # 2 has a small pit on the spinner. Cover # 3 has three very tiny dings on the outer ring around the spinner but you can't see them in the pictures because they are too tiny. Cover # 4 has a pit on the spinner (pic # 22). You may/will find other little imperfections. The black paint has been redone on all of them. The centers have good color yet. There are no broken spokes. Please consider the pictures, all 23 of them, to be part of the description and I think you'll agree that they are way better than most of what is out there. If you have any doubts don't purchase them as there are no returns.
