Description: Needs to be polished. Marked on the bottom EPNS with a star symbol. With the salt shaker in it, measures to 2 1/2' Tall and with the handle it's approx 4 1/4" at the widest part . It's been in my closet for decades, I don't know how old or what mark that is, if you have items that would fit with this, it'd be cute on a table. The diameter of the larger circle is approx. 1 3/4" The diameter of the small circle is approx. 3/4". Please see photos for actual item and condition.
