Description: Up for sale is a Singer Featherweight 221 Sewing Machine Foot Controller that was converted to 150 - 250 volts. The item is in good condition but I am not able to test it. There is no power cord nor power terminal and I do not have a 220 Volt British Featherweight 220 volt motor. This item is sold as is, with no return and at your own risk . It can be used for parts or if you have a need for a 220 volt foot controller and know how to use it the thing may work.I bought this foot controller from another Ebayer in a package along with a 220V motor. I was hoping to use the motor case for parts to repair my US 120 volt motor. However, the parts are not interchangeable. Short story is I destroyed the 220 volt motor and I am left with the foot controller.I took this foot controller apart and found that it has a much heavier rheostat than the US version. The activation pedal is also different. There is a small metal TAG on the bottom of the foot controller there are 2 tags. The smaller one says: "Converted to 150-250 Volts Date 3 61" This TAG is attached to the bottom plate with metal pins. The second TAG is the Singer factory Tag with part No. 95-145 along with other information.If You have any questions about this item please ask before bidding.Thank youbbonnaReuben
