Description: Southwestern or Native Am. Sterling Necklace & Pendant-Citrine Solitaire Stone This necklace is beautiful and completely one of a kind. The chain of the necklace is a dainty but durable box chain that was commercially produced. It's marked "Italy" and "925" and is approximately 17" in length. The pendant is the "star of the show", as it is artisan handmade and looks (at least to me) like a combination of styles; Boho/Bohemian, Southwestern, Native American and Modern Art. The pendant is stamped "925" on its back, but contains no maker's mark or other indication of who created it. I have a suspicion that it's Native American made, but I can't prove that to be true, which is why I listed it as "Boho/Southwestern" style. Pendant Measurements (all measurements are approximate):Length: 2" Width: 5/8" (at its widest point) Citrine Stone Information:The pendant prominently features a cut and faceted Citrine stone in a cabochon setting. I did not have the Citrine Stone evaluated by a professional jeweler or gemologist and I'm not qualified to make that determination, so I can't speak to the stone's "3 C's" - Cut, Clarity and Carat Weight. The stone itself is approximately 10mm long, 5mm wide and 5mm deep. I looked at the stone through a jeweler's loupe and it looked pretty clear to me, but I don't have the knowledge or experience to make any judgement regarding the quality of this stone.
