Unless otherwise clearly stated in the listing, the cases of all graded comics that we offer for sale are in good condition with no significant scratches or abrasions – but the CGC case is primarily intended for the protection of a graded comic, and it is common for there to be minor scuffs and scratches to both the inner and outer plastic cases. Newton rings are also common characteristics of CGC slabs – where the item we are selling exhibits newton rings at the point of listing, it will have been stated in the description above – but please note that it's not entirely unheard of for CGC slabs to develop newton rings over time, particularly during transit. PACKAGING All CGC slabs will be sent in a new foam-lined shipping box as pictured in the listing – we’ve never had any problem with items shipped in these boxes being damaged, so you can be confident that the item will arrive in the same condition that it left! This is why our postage rates are a little higher than you might be used to seeing – these boxes aren’t cheap, but we’d rather charge a little more and be confident of safe delivery than take a risk!
