It depicts three men smoking, with other men gambling in a second room. A jester-like figure is overseeing the festivities from above (upper right corner). SizeThe painting measures 10.5" tall, and 10" wide. The outer dimensions of the custom frame are 15" x 14.5" ConditionExcellent condition, professionally restored and cleaned. Placed is a custom carved wood/silver leaf frame, and archivally mounted (when restored in 1970). Moderate craquelure, nothing unstable or distracting.
