I am a resin-finishing artist specializing in model horses and working on other pieces like the 2018 Glass Swan by Robert Stanley. This swan turned out beautifully. I repainted it using multiple layers of pigment powders, spraying a fixative between each layer before adding another. I used color-shifting, iridescent pigments in various colors to give the swan depth, making its colors shift from pearl white to pearl purple. I also repainted the eyes, black mask, and bill using acrylic paints to give the swan a dramatic, realistic look. For the finishing touches, I added hundreds of genuine Swarovski clear crystals and covered the swan with a clear epoxy resin for durability and protection. I put much effort into creating this beautiful piece, and I'm confident it will be a stunning heirloom. I will ship it to the buyer in a carefully packaged box.
