Description: I believe the following were all brought back from a high-end watch and jewelry buying trip to Switzerland back in the late 1950s or early 1960s. From an estate sale suitcase.TWO 36-page catalogs from BUCHERER Co. Ltd. in Lucerne Switzerland. These are both the same and feature many ROLEX watches of the 50s or 60s, as well as jewelry and other watches produced by Bucherer. The last pages show clocks they carried at that time. These catalogs each measures 8-1/4" by 4". I couldn't find a date but judging from the fashions and skirt lengths on the front cover, this looks like it's from the 1950s era. Both catalogs are essentially in like-new condition. All pages are crisp and clear; the catalogs are in full color.Note pad with watch ads from VACHERON, LeCOULTRE, etc., given by E. LEICHT-MAYER & Co., Ltd. About 4-1/4" by 2-3/4". Unused, perfect condition. 15-20 pages, either blank or with top-shelf Swiss watch ads.Souvenir Map of Lucerne, Switzerland featuring ads for ROLEX and BUCHERER. This has a bend on the front cover.Souvenir 24-hour World Time converter from GUBELIN, to advertise their World-Time watch, featuring a souvenir Swiss penny for luck10% off certificate on Swiss Luxury Tax from BUCHERER.These were given as promotional items some 65-75 years ago. I can't imagine that there are many still to be found in this pristine condition.
