There is no copyright date or any other information regarding when this book was published. The book was clearly created on a typewriter so my best guess is the 1970s. There are hundreds of recipes in this book, from main courses to dessert. Notes on condition: Overall, the cover and all the pages are clean and free of writing or tears. The pages show some discoloration due to age, but nothing more than you would expect. The only real flaw is the spiral binding. That two left rings and the furthest ring on the right have broken off. However, that rest of the rings seem to be OK and have all of the pages firmly attached and in place with no immediate risk of any pages falling out. There may be a few sticky notes on some of the pages left by a previous owner, however, they did not include any writing as far as I can tell, and they seemed to have taken good care of this book as there are no stains or strange odors.
