Also a record that was played very little and has been taken care of.4. VG Plus: Record will have scuffs and light scratches from being handled and played, but nothing too deep. May have some light background noise in some areas but still no major issues. A record that has been played and enjoyed but not abused.5. VG: Record will have scuffs and scratches from being handled and played. Will have background noise and some distractions but still enjoyable overall. 6. VG Minus: Record will have scuffs and scratches from being handled and played. Record will have background noise and may have sustained pops during some songs. Still a good record overall that has some life left.7. GOOD / FAIR / POOR: Record will have scuffs and major scratches. Can still be played but will have background noise and most likely major distractions such as sustained pops or skips. Records with this grade are used for rare albums or ones that would be best used only for display.
