Description: 1949 hardcover book in very good condition. The boards have some discoloration. There is a very light stain where the outer and lower text blocks meet. This is an ex-library copy. with just two library markings, one on the upper text block and one on the dedication page. The inside dust jacket flaps are permanently pasted to the boards. The dust jacket was originally protected with a mylar cover which has been carefully removed leaving a very nice dust jacket.
