The original Winchester Pre 64 Model Sight Hoods were 1 inch in length with a bevel at each end. They came in 2 different heights. The taller one is for the models 64,65,70,71,88,100, and 52 Sporter. The standard one fits the models 43,75,94,and 9422. All had the bevel on each end. Any without a bevel on each end are NOT CORRECT for your fine Pre 64 model Winchester Rifle, and it matters not who the manufacturer is. Even Winchester made hoods that were not correct for the Pre 64 models. We sell original pattern sight hoods for $25. each. Correct originals currently sell for $50 and up.. Just specify the model desired and we will send you the correct sight hood for your fine Winchester Rifle - and it will add to its value. Remember, if one or both ends are not beveled the hood is not correct for your rifle, and will detract from its value.
