Description: Thule Subterra Boarding Bag - Black w/ Blue Interior. Condition is pre-owned but in excellent condition. I am the original owner and live in a non-pet and non-smoking home. I have used this bag for occasional overnight travel. It will fit in an overhead luggage compartment on a plan sideways and even has handles built into both sides for this purpose. There is also a top and bottom handle and an optional/removable shoulder strap. Frankly, they couldn't have made it easier to take on a plane lol. The handles on the top have magnets in them so you can pop them together for carrying or separate easily if you are opening the zipper on the center clothing compartment. There is also a luggage pass-through built into the back. The first compartment is a small double fleece lined good for a cell phone. There is then a larger front compartment with a tablet sleeve (can get a 12.9 in here with no case but probably better to use with 10 in iPad or 11 in Pro. There are two small phone/wallet/Field Notes compartments. There is a small zippper pouch on the left meant for tech storage (it has a passthrough for a wire for charging). There are a few pen loops as well and a key chain loop. The center compartment is for clothing and can fit a Thule large packing cube and a small bathroom bag easily. You can force more in it but really this is meant for a 1-2 day trip. There is a zipper pouch here that can hold a light jacket, ties, etc. Note this pouch is not an expandable pouch although there is decent depth. Still, I highly recommend a compression packing cube. Helps distribute the weight too. The last pouch is a laptop sleeve. It is meant for up to a 15.6 but it would hold a 16 MacBook Pro. The build material on the bag is great and it holds its shape well. The padding on the laptop and tablet sleeves is amazing and I think that's what Thule did best here: protect the electronics and still let you pack everything in one bag.
