Description: Turquoise Coral Ranger Set Belt Buckle Sterling Silver Navajo Native American Pete Morgan This is a fantastic 4-piece ranger set belt buckle made in traditional Navajo designs. It features 6 small turquoise and 4 small coral cabochons set in handmade serrated bezels. The stamp work on the sterling silver base is very symmetrical. It has a sunburst style on the main buckle, and is continued on the other three pieces of this set. The silver work and design would be considered very traditional Navajo. The buckle is 2 1/4" at its widest and 2" tall. The buckle loop fits a 1" belt. The two silver loops are 11/16" wide by 1" tall by 3/4" deep. The coral and turquoise cabochons will add about 3/16" to their depth. The silver tip piece is 1" wide, 3/4" at its tallest, and 1/4" deep. The turquoise and coral cabochons are about 3/16" to 1/4" in size. Each cabochon is exquisite under close inspection. The weight of all 4 pieces together is 52.2 g. Artist's hallmark is "M" with a block letter stamp for "sterling" for Navajo silversmith, Pete Morgan. This ranger set is old new stock, coming from prior store inventory.
