Due to the fact that this is a personal item not sold by a company and the nature of international shipping, items are sold “as is” and no returns are accepted. Earmolds are sold separately by your audiologist as they are custom for you. When I typically buy new hearing aids such as these, they are about $6,000 ~ $10,000 for the pair. Again, these are used hearing aids that I simply no longer need. One hearing aid box will be included. The brand of the box may not match the brand of hearing aids.
