Unused 90’s Swiss Swatch Avenida SAG400 ETA 23 J Automatic Men's Wristwatch

Description: Presented here is a NOS/Unused 90’s Swiss Swatch Avenida SAG 400 ETA 23 Jewels Automatic Men's Wristwatch This stylish trendsetting Swiss Made timepiece from the early 90’s features a 36mm clear transparent plastic case with a silver crown. It houses an elegant white dial with a lemon yellow design, Roman numeral indices and luminous hands. The back is completely transparent and displays the automatic movement. The dial is signed SWATCH SWISS - © SWATCH AG 1993. The timepiece is fitted with its original Austria made dark beige genuine leather band with a plastic buckle that matches the case. It is powered by a reliable Swiss ETA 2840 23 Jewels Automatic movement that is running strong. This Avenida timepiece is apparently from Swatch's 1994 Spring Summer collection. This Swatch is in an Unused / NOS condition but with no case. It appears to have just sat in a collection since the time it was acquired. No signs of use on case or band. There may be a few random superficial scratches from handling / storage but none that show active use. Lume on hand still works and is bright (see last pic). The movement is working well and keeping time. I haven’t been able to test it overnight for power reserve but for the few hours on my desk, it kept time. This stylish timepiece looks on-trend even today and aptly defends Swatch’s reputation for build quality and style. It is not common to find a 90’s Swatch Automatic especially in this Mint condition.
