The piece is missing original cups and does have two of the cup holders (rings) broken off, but one of the broken off rings will be shipped with the item. Please see all images for more details. The item does have a great glow. The glow image was captured with a toy blacklight, I imagine that with proper lighting the glass will glow beautifully.
