The current name and Table of Organisation and Equipment, adopting the new "Brigade Combat Team" structure, was adopted in 2006. My father was a Colonel in the USAF and collected patches from every Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine unit he visited all over the Country and World to give to me as souvenirs.
