Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Here we have an attractive 8-sided sugar bowl with a flint enamel glaze. This Rockingham and blue spatter glaze is attractive with the yellow color of the clay showing through. This sits on a raised 8-sided base topped with its original lid with tapered sides and a looped ribbon handle. The under side of the sugar is recessed, and you can see where the potter’s fingertips touched the wet glaze. Measuring 5 ¼” long, 4 ¼” wide and 4” to the op of the lid, this survives in its original mint condition with no post production damage or repairs.
