Description: This is a vintage 1940's-1950's red velvet beret made by Betmar. This lovely hat has eight panels like a pie and is completely lined with grosgrain fabric. On the very top section is a tiny loss of velvet that could be stitched over. This hat comes with the original box from Mother & Daughter Fashions store in Winston Salem.
