V-neck, 3/4 sleeves, shapely silhouette. No stretch gabardine. Lined. Back zip. No tags but strings to hang indicate this is a Rene Original. For comparison, shown on modern dress form with bust of 36"/ w 26" / H 36". Suggest a modern M to L - please review measurements below and judge accordingly. B 36" (with some shape to the cups so might fit to a little larger - note how it fits on a dress form with a bust of 36" and probably a B size cup.)
