The fabric on the outside of the waist band has a little shine to it, like it's been ironed, see photos. Otherwise good vintage condition. Shown with and without a crinoline, it is not included. Bust 36", shoulder to shoulder 14 1/2", waist on top 31", length 21". Skirt waist 24", length 27"
