Description: The fixture measures 14" in height and 9" at it's widest. All three candle sockets work, the bulbs are burnt out but will keep the white slips in position for shipping. The shade openings are 4 1/4"across, the ceiling mount is 5 3/4" across. I did not find it with any mounting hardware. I'm sure a more knowledgable person could figure it out. The shade has some chips on the rim as seen in photos.
