These huge dirigibles carried four of these tiny aircraft which were used for advanced reconnaissance. This poster/print is over 37 years old and measures 18 1/2 x 24 inches. Print has a facsimile copy of his autograph. ABOUT THE NUT TREE IN VACAVILLE, CA As part of the huge Nut Tree collection, these are no longer available anywhere. The original Nut Tree, a huge icon today in name only, and only recently resurrected, was a famous restaurant, memorabilia shopping center, and airport in Vacaville, California. The shopping center closed in January, 1996. It originally had its origin as early as 1860, and gave weary travelers welcome shade to those going back and forth to the hot Sacramento Valley. Now closed and with only the airport still in operation, these Nut Tree photo collections are very rare. Your print will be delivered rolled in a specially reinforced poster tube to prevent damage.
