Description: Here is a nice idea for keeping busy--or keeping the kids busy--if you are stuck at home during illness or what-have-you! This activity is fun, creative, QUIET and gives everyone a break from electronics for a bit! It is also a nice distraction that helps to keep a peaceful state of mind. This Dover Press coloring book is very well made, using excellent quality paper with well-defined designs to color in with pens, pencils, crayons or whatever strikes your fancy. This is a vintage 1990 Dover coloring book called "Ruth Heller's Designs for Coloring Snowflakes"; this is a hard to find volume that is now out of print. This coloring book has been in the same household since being purchased in 1990 and is in very good to like new condition, with clean pages, an intact spine, almost no observable shelf wear or edge wear, only very little age related yellowing to the covers or pages, and all its original illustrated pages intact and ready to be colored in by you, the artist. The pages in "Snowflakes" are not numbered, but I count 30 full pages of illustrations/patterns for your use and enjoyment; one unusual and very nice feature of this coloring book is that all the illustration pages are single sided, not double sided, which is very handy if you like to use pens, pastels or other media that may tend to transfer or rub onto the underside of the facing page.
