Description: This is a custom long latch bolt used specifically on Vintage Chesler locks on Airstream Travel Trailers. Airstream used this lock the second half of 1968 and through 1969. There are two sizes of latch bolts used one considered “short” and one “long”. This long latch bolt was used when the lock was placed on the Airstream/Avion doors in a position that it would need extra length to catch the striker. This custom latch bolt is an exact replica of the original made of high quality Aluminum. No Instructions included.
